- ✔ be more positive
- ✔ drink less alcohol, not that I drink much as it is - I rarely drink but when I do, drink less
- ✔ drink more herbal tea, especially green tea
- drink more water, less soda
- eat more fruits
- ✔ make sure I get enough sleep - go to bed earlier
- ✔ start exercising every day again, even if it is only for 20 minutes
- start sitting properly, my back seems to be getting worse
- start taking a multivitamin again (pointless, thanks malabsorbtion!)
- swim more
- walk more
