• be more positive
  • drink less alcohol, not that I drink much as it is - I rarely drink but when I do, drink less
  • drink more herbal tea, especially green tea
  • drink more water, less soda
  • eat more fruits
  • make sure I get enough sleep - go to bed earlier
  • start exercising every day again, even if it is only for 20 minutes
  • start sitting properly, my back seems to be getting worse
  • start taking a multivitamin again (pointless, thanks malabsorbtion!)
  • swim more
  • walk more
