- thinking about negative things that I know drag my mood down
- being around negative people, or people that are having a bad day (I don't want it to rub off on me)
- the tendancy to sit and stew when somethings wrong
- confining myself indoors when I'm down
- too much sleep
- anger - obviously it's a natural thing, but I don't have to let it take over completely
- being too controlling
- giving up when things get tough
- being nasty to my loved ones when I'm in a bad mood - suck it up, put on a fake smile, and be nice!
- complaining when I feel ill
