• thinking about negative things that I know drag my mood down
  • being around negative people, or people that are having a bad day (I don't want it to rub off on me)
  • the tendancy to sit and stew when somethings wrong
  • confining myself indoors when I'm down
  • too much sleep
  • anger - obviously it's a natural thing, but I don't have to let it take over completely
  • being too controlling
  • giving up when things get tough
  • being nasty to my loved ones when I'm in a bad mood - suck it up, put on a fake smile, and be nice!
  • complaining when I feel ill
