  • don't cultivate a crush for someone who makes you feel anxious and like you are beneath them
  • try to avoid venting your bad feelings on social media all the time... it's just not beneficial for you and your brain
  • avoid negative people who bring out the negativity in you
  • figure out the basic things that you need to be content. being alone, being with people, routine, structure, flexibility etc. once you find out, work towards that
  • try therapy. really try
  • don't expect people to act the way you think they should and then be angry when they don't
  • don't be passive when strangers are inconvenient to you (like annoying guys who keep hitting on you when you have shown no interest but were polite about it the first time)
