HIGH SCHOOL YEARS

• When I would leave my Kia's lights on after parking at school (and my car did not not automatically turn them off) and then find my dead battery when I wanted to go back home from school and Abby (other friends too probably) would help me jumpstart my car.
• When Ha did my makeup before one of the choir pop shows so I could impress a guy I liked
• Thank you Daniel (my cousin) for taking me to school (and more than a few times I am sure I made us late! :| )
• In either middle school and/or the beginning of high school, I remember Sister always listening to me vent.
• I knew my girls had my back.
• That one time it was Sylvia, Kira (I think), Brian Salinas (I think), and I and we were singing Wannabe or some other Spice...

• The First Date of course. At Oishi. Never have I laughed more with another guy in my entire lifetime. My face actually hurt afterwards from smiling too much. (Spring 2010)
• Downtown date where we saw the art installations (ie. green water tubes) on the Creek, ate pizza, and went to Halcyon where we shared cheesecake
• Discovery Green when we iceskated while good live(?) music was playing and there were ice sculptures. Bart threw ice in my mouth.
• Sara Bareilles and One Republic Concert
• Ingrid Michaelson concert where we were at the very front!
• The first Wine Down Event at the Moody Theater when we saw Dawn and Hawkes and I won burnt orange UT pants.

• I feel really lucky and blessed. My family (Bart included) has truly done so much for me and I would not be as motivated if it weren't for them. Thanks guys.
• Bart and I like to play the guitar (he does) and sing. I enjoy harmonizing.
• I like to enter radio/texting contests. I've won a few contests from radio stations (Concerts I won tickets to and went to: Nickelback w/Sylvia, 98 degrees tickets w/Mom, John Mayer at the Moody Center in 2022 w/Bart; Concerts I won tickets for but did not end up going to: Chainsmokers, Stone Temple pilots).
• Probably a given, but I like to make lists. For example, it keeps me organized to make lists for when I go grocery shopping and it helps me remember to do tasks while at work.

WINTER BREAK 2016

• Watched the Houston Symphony and choir perform Handel's Messiah including Hallelujah with my mom. Truth be told my mom and I weren’t familiar with much of the program and I fell asleep (pretty sure mom did, too)... but we really enjoyed “Hallelujah”!
• Brunch at Black Walnut Cafe (chocolate chip pancakes) and watched Sisters with my mom

• Christmas at Ate Che's place
• Christmas night at Bart's sister's with karaoke

• Stressful runs to Fedex
• Stressful all-nighters at the PCL for tests, finals, or writing lab reports (and that one time where we parked North of campus and the person who parked behind us was blasting his "circus music" in the morning)
• Having to rush to music class on our bikes and carrying them up that large flight of stairs... I'm pretty sure you would carry both your bike and mine sometimes, lol
• Miserable night studying for organic chemistry (I was the only person in Welch studying). Bart met me there and walked me to his car. There was a large magestical bird in the culdesac near the MLK statue. We drove towards it and Bart got out of his car to feed it (but he scared it away). It was random and a lot of fun.

• Cookie cake - Great American Cookie Company. In elementary school, I always loved their cookie cake slice. That and Cinnabon was always something to look forward to when I went to my local mall.
• Cupcakes - Crave or Sprinkles. Hard to tell which is better!
• Frozen Yogurt - PinkBerry; I think Gen took me to my first PinkBerry. My favorite flavors are cookies and cream and chocolate hazelnut.
• Gelato - Venchi (Rome) has the best hazelnut gelato. Nothing else compares!!
• Gelato in the US - Amorino (Houston) and Dolce Neve(favorite in Austin). I love how Amorino has tons of flavors and sells macarons, too.

• Turning in a $100 bill I found in my high school's library to the high school's librarian (I do wonder what she ended up doing with that money and whether anybody claimed it, lol.)
• Ability to harmonize on certain songs (e.g. Riptide, I will wait)
• Being one of 5 to 7 people to sing "The Eyes of Texas" on stage at UT's December 2013 College of Natural Sciences Graduation
• Concertmaster of the top orchestra my senior year in high school (Honestly, I was not the best violinist who was a senior... but I was more behaved than the best senior violinist). What was awesome was having a solo in symphonic orchestra and playing a song with JUST the orchestra and no conductor... can't remember if that song with no conductor was a success or a disaster, but it was a really cool feeling....
