Personal:
- 3 MIT's every morning/night and FOCUS
- Focus on the present, the here and now
- Be more mindful, thoughtful, and aware
Financial: (learn about investing, personal finance, etc.) --> talk to Jason (in Spring)
- Manage my own bank accounts, credit cards, checks, expenses, investments, etc.
- ✔ Open up a new bank account and my own card to build up my credit
- ✔ Create a budget, savings plan, and investment plan (and stick to it!)
School/Career:
Health:
- Yoga/meditation daily, bike rides and jogging and rollerblading in good weather, 1 hr of swimming once a week (eventually, start with 20-30min)
- ✔ Take vitamin every morning, eat breakfast regularly
- Start cooking more and practice preparing lunches for work (pinterest ideas) --> healthy eating
- Average drinking 5-8 glasses of water per day and 1-2 glasses of milk, and 2-5 servings of fruits/veggies
Beauty/Hygiene:
- Brush teeth nightly, floss daily, fluoride rinse twice a day
- Keep hair clean and unmatted, brush/comb out tangles frequently
