- stop comparing myself to other people
- accept that my family dysfunction will never be resolved
- not take life so seriously
- not take things to heart
- be more focused and see that the HSC is extremely important
- control myself
- ignore the opinions of my arrogant family members, not accept it
- stop wasting time
- stop creating lists that won't benefit life
- look at life in a different perspective
- get out of where i am right now
