• go through everyday with fresh senses.
  • make something new of everyday & record it in a journal.
  • do the 365 day project.
  • eat when you're hungry, not when you're bored!
  • buy experiences not materials.
  • forgive myself[& others] for what i have, & haven't done. the past is the past.
  • learn how to recognize stress & deal with it before it becomes overwhelming.
  • take time to read good books & plays, & watch good movies.
  • take time to be with family & friends. & make new friends continuously.
  • love & trust fully. it's better to get hurt than to feel nothing at all.
  • stop spending so much time on the computer! i'm not going to remember sitting here hour after hour. but i will remember a life changing book, or the best cup of coffee i've had, or really great, honestly funny people.
  • create an artistically stimulating environment.
  • remove everything i don't need from my room & closet. donate what i can.
  • start writing & sending letters. it's so EXCITING getting & sending mail.
  • start waking up earlier: make breakfast & yoga or stretching.
  • have a goal weekly, & accomplish it.
