  • i feel so much freedom when I am not tied down to a daily strict schedule (but progress in life doesn't work this way)
  • more sleep (in the morning) = resets the brain / i am more refreshed
  • a break after work is NOT fishing on the screen -- i will get fatigued

  • caffeine increase focus and attention but also, impulsiveness (too much = adhd)
  • toxicity spreads -- you can't get better by "getting into it" and learning to moderate it. It is best to restrict/ block it from your life. #drug #entertainingdrama

  • for work breaks, get OFF those screen. do crossstich for 15 mins.
  • being outside in the backyard helps the mind

  • i bought a 2.5mil house in the bay area. a lot of my friends can't contest to that.
  • i have food && drinks at my disposal; i never have to go hungry
  • i have a loving boyfriend who will drop everything for me; he is going to be a GREAT dad
  • i am healthy mentally and physically.
  • i am grateful to be at a place that my adversaries can only obtain in another life ♡

  • Find the smallest possible step in the project you are starting in front of you (is it worth the opportunity cost?) Will it bring you long-term value?
  • Define it- make specific tangible goals
  • Measure it- what is the metric (make it achievable and sustainable) Is it laughable easy to start?
  • Set a time limit- a deadline. VERY IMPORTANT

It is not productive to overthink and plan too much.

  • Take action.

Reminder: Don’t optimize if it’s not a relevant goal you want for yourself. Be ok with quitting if it's not the door you want. (shred that door)
