- caffeine increase focus and attention but also, impulsiveness (too much = adhd)
- toxicity spreads -- you can't get better by "getting into it" and learning to moderate it. It is best to restrict/ block it from your life. #drug #entertainingdrama
- if toxicity has entered, block sites asap to take control of mind
- breaks are a good RESET, so i don't tunnel vision or reflect on my actions

- tea + studywme vids = a crutch (choose one stimulant)
- time will expand to fill up that 1 hour time slot (whether it is with sleep, social media, napping, studying, or doing a project)-- time will expand (you will find a way)
- friends are for fun time. they are here to forget your worries. you cannot rely on friends to get you to places/stages you NEED to be. You are accountable for your own life 100%. No one can care as much as you care for your own life/future.
