- stop eating crap
- try to cook that crap -healthy version- at home
- try a new recipe every now and then
- don't surpass cravings
- go on a walk everyday
- go walking around unfamiliar (but safe) areas
- if unable to go out, stretch or do simple pilates
- drink 2L of water everyday
- read books
- don't go on your phone first thing in the morning
- listen to your body
- take that nap if you need it
- don't scroll it's stupid you know it's stupid why do you keep doing it?
- don't sleep more than 7.5 hours it makes you feel like crap every time
- pray and make duaa when anxious
- hang out with good positive funny compassionate people
- journal the good things and keep them
- journal the bad things and throw/burn the paper
