• stop eating crap
  • try to cook that crap -healthy version- at home
  • try a new recipe every now and then
  • don't surpass cravings
  • go on a walk everyday
  • go walking around unfamiliar (but safe) areas
  • if unable to go out, stretch or do simple pilates
  • drink 2L of water everyday
  • read books
  • don't go on your phone first thing in the morning
  • listen to your body
  • take that nap if you need it
  • don't scroll it's stupid you know it's stupid why do you keep doing it?
  • don't sleep more than 7.5 hours it makes you feel like crap every time
  • pray and make duaa when anxious
  • hang out with good positive funny compassionate people
  • journal the good things and keep them
  • journal the bad things and throw/burn the paper
