- define your raison d'être
- have constant awareness of procrastination cues
- stop aiming for perfection
- don't bluff, work in silence.
- stop thinking about the worst case scenarios
- never do what doesn't sit straight with you/makes you uncomfy no matter how judged you'll be for it. trust your instincts; it's totally different from fear and you know it.
- talking of fear, you've overcame it multiple times before and you'll overcome it again and again.
- just like fear, living in fantasy and daydreams are but distractions.
- keep Allah in your mind and heart 24/7, hurry to pray, do good, ask for forgiveness wisdom patience and good health.
- be always content and grateful for what you have.
