I have decided that I'd like to work on becoming a "better" person, whatever that means, this year. Obviously the work will not stop at the end of 2012, but I would really like to work toward entering 2013 a different person. There may be no measurable end result, but these are the things I want to work on. This does not include material needs for the most part. It's really only for self-improvement goals.

    • Couch to 10K will put me at an hour's run
  • Run a 10 minute mile
    • Couch to 10K should accomplish this too
