  • I accept myself for my failures. I accept myself for making poor choices and being imperfect.
  • I accept myself for who I am now. I accept my imperfections. I accept that these flaws that I'm unhappy with is an evidence of my struggles and life.
  • I see my stumbling blocks as stepping stones to do better. Each stumbling block serves to teach me something. So that I can know what to avoid doing.
  • I will credit myself for every step I take towards becoming the best me that I can be.
  • I will not rush the process and reach for perfection. I will strive for progress.
  • I will embrace the process, embrace every single step and every moment.
  • I will do the best I can every situation I face - be it work or fitness or guitar or driving or hygiene.
