what i learned
  
    - begin again every day 
 
    - managing my emotions
      
        - frustrations when my dad points things i'm doing not as well - not being organised with opening up the ocbc letters and how my mum is nagging  me to be more organised - i did clear up my clutter afterwards and keep my clothes into my wardrobe 
 
        - negative emotions
          
            - feeling sad about myself, feeling ugly, feeling insecure and that nothing will change, feeling hard to trust myself 
 
            - when people don't reply, i'm so insecure, but that's because i haven't build a solid foundation for myself yet 
 
            - how can i build a strong home for myself? do things you like - being creative/crafty, focus on your strengths, learn learn and be open to learning always 
 
          
  
      
  
    - organising takes only arnd 15 mins which is sth i can afford to do everyday 
 
    - keeping only clothes i love and wear what makes me feel good/happy

            - nutrition - whole foods, green smoothies (raw food), portion control, enjoying foods from restaurant, master a vegan recipe (dessert - rose apple tart/cinnamon roll)/(main - mushroom risotto) 
 
            - exercise - run x3 week, run 21k!!, morning yoga daily, 
 
            - sleep by 12, wake at 6 
 
          
  
        - to wake up with anticipation, wonder and purpose 
 
        - living life - spend your days, hours, mins, seconds intentionally
