      • basic routine, an hour long: stretching, jump rope, squats. light weight arm lifts, sit ups, core hold, lunge jumps, chair dips, more jump rope (cardio). this is more of trying to tone some areas, like arms, stomach and inner thighs. basically, if you want to lose weight, a mix of both running for 20 minutes and a 30 minute muscle work out, just even 2-3 times a week will get you where you would like to be.
