• Follow up with the sisters of how they are implementing the fundamentals in their studies

• Use personal experiences to motivate
• Area call: discuss what we have learned in studies that day

MLC - May

• You gain power as you keep your covenants
• Ask the sisters if they are weekly planning and having companionship inventory
• How can I apply the doctrine of Christ in my own life?
• D&C 43:9-10; when we don't choose to act, we lose the glory that was added upon ourselves.
• Do not put up with spirits he could not understand (D&C 50:16)
• If someone says they love God, they should be obedient.
• Sacrifice-->Joy-->Consecration-->Exaltation
• Joy comes when we exercise our agency righteously
• Using the relief society president helps to make your area a model area

MLC - June

• We have all been given the authority to preach the gospel. We do not all have the power because power comes from obedience, righteousness, love and desires to help God's children. We all CAN and SHOULD have that power.
• The power is the Holy Ghost. Invite Him consistently by doing what's right.

MLC - July - President McMurray

• Don't allow fear to hold you back from receiving blessings.
• Repenting is improving the good in us and correcting the bad in us.
• If you are striving to do your best, "ye can not go amiss." (D&C 80) -- do I go this way or that way? What do I do? If it is righteous and good, ye can not go amiss.
• In order to CHASE DARKNESS we have to work for it. We can't just ask for it to go away and expect it to happen.
