- When a character who is usually meek and not assertive stands up for themselves and is punished for it for a silly reason.
- Characters acting ooc for the sake of a joke or plotline.
- When one character is a joke punching bag for the rest of the cast.
- Anytime I am expected to sympathize with a character who is clearly doing something bad.
- Especially when the character never experiences any consequences.
- Any instance of out-of-context eavesdropping where the conflict would be solved by explaining themselves.
- When you're reading / watching a mystery, and there is no foreshadowing / clues for the audience. You just have everything thrown at you in the finale.
- Shows where the protagonist is a jerk, but it's okay because he's good at his job!
