• make a list of things you are objectively good at. it can be really anything, even things like attending school almost all the days ??
  • everytime you do something right, congratulate yourself, even if it is "small".
  • every night before you go to bed, do a list of three good things in your day. it can be really anything.
  • each morning, choose three tasks you very probably can do, and three tasks that you could probably do, but dont need to be done immediately. when you complete them, mark it off. it feels really good
