  • think of how others rely on you
  • pack lunch so not hungry
  • take a walk on premises
  • think of how far you've come
  • if someone made you feel bad, first forgive them in your heart... think of what the experience is trying to teach you or ignore it and chalk it up to "work"
  • start back up with an easy task to clear mind
  • grow up
