- daily walks
- clean your room.. daily
- vacuum the house at least once a week
- get some reading done once a day
- replace the internet with literature
- drink at least 1 litre of water a day
- cook dinner once a fortnight for your family
- mop the floors once a fortnight
- clean out the wardrobe and shelf of things that you don't wear/read anymore
- apply for youth allowance
