- Floss at least once a day
- Get in bed by 10:30 PM latest
- If you can't sleep when you're supposed to be, read a book
- Start waking up at 6:00 AM & leave for work at 7:20 AM

- If something/someone makes you unhappy and doesn't benefit you, don't spend more energy on it/them.
- Next time someone asks you to do a creative project for them (photos, graphic design) and they offer money, just take it. (I usually accept food as payment, but they hardly follow through.)
- Quit saying "Mhmm" in a professional setting. Just say a concise, "Yes"—like Dr. T.
