  • learn more about your period. being in tune with your period can mean being in harmony with the rest of your body.

  • be your own best friend.
  • don’t let other people’s problems get to you; make sure to always set boundaries.
  • don’t let them trample on your soul—not again. when you see that a relationship (whether friendly or romantic) starts to be about them taking advantage of you, get out of there.
  • don’t use your past as an excuse.
  • don’t let your loneliness bring out the worst in you.
