    • Vegetables
    • Fish
    • Eggs
    • One allowance of meat per month (because I love meat.)
  • Vitamins
  • No junk food
    • Organic chips for salsa allowed
  • Mainly, if not all, organic foods
  • No snacking
    • Two to three small meals
