• jan, 02: another one of nat's rec! so so so so so so so nice. really got me all in love with its weirdness. the ending kissing part is so sweet... when amélie literally melts when she sees nino :( just really sweet. makes you feel ok with the idea of falling in love when you're so used to think it'll never happen with you

• jan, 07: oh boy. i really didn't know what to expect from this movie. i had no idea if the old man was right or if he was just keeping her to pretend to have a happy family. terrifying, but so awesome. when he kills emmett i felt like killing him EMMETT LIVES MATTER...

• jan, 08: OK WOW. also didn't know what to expect?! i had no idea if i should be on his side or her side. yes i thought her plan was awesome and nick deserved Something for cheating on her, but she was straight up evil. a psychopath!!! it got so scary when she came back to him. she's so manipulative IT'S SO CRAZY... plus neil patrick harris on this. no words

• jan, 08: another cool movie... the shooting is just amazing, how it's recorded as if one of the guys kept footage of everything while it goes. just very great. kinda got mad that he came back to save the girl but lost all his friends bc of it.... meh. but it's a great movie i loved all characters specially hud :)

• isle of dogs, 2018

• jan, 15: this is the purest, coolest film i've ever watched. the animation itself is already so incredible it made me cry, but the whole plot and all the characters and the doggies :( i just loved every single bit of it. none of the scenes were boring, it's the perfect movie. (ps. Isle Of Dogs is pronounced I Love Dogs, don't forget that)

• jan, 16: watched it on the movie theater!!!!! so cool. SO SO SO COOL. all the different types of animation worked really well together... and miles is a sweetheart... loved it

• feb, 01: saw it with nicolas while we were in foz do iguaçu! first time going to the mall by ourselves hehe i thought i wouldn't like this one that much but it was so nice.... i loved the 1st movie but this one was even better, the message it sends is so important and i love that little kids get to see that (well, there were mostly adults on our session but you get it lol) every time hiccup kithed astrid on the cheeks or on her hair i MELTED it was sosososo sweet :( i love them and their baby dragons

• feb, 11: nat's rec!!!!!! it was so good. i have no words for how sweet and heartwarming this movie was :(( john&maya were such a weird couple when i first thought about it but it worked out so well :(( cause they're both great at doing weird ppl on screen :(( i love them sm... i'm keeping this movie with me forever (highlights: burt's glasses, "are we fuckups?", the stroller scene omg, the kid w/ the colorful wig, mr. crab and mr. frog, fruits hanging from the tree!!) i love this movie sm

• feb, 23: nina said we should be embarrassed of never seeing this one before so we watched it and IT WAS SO MUCH FUN???? idk how to word this but this has everything: love, laughs, friendship, young donald trump being the bad kid's dad, and idk i was just so happy watching it???? it has been a long long time since i just really enjoyed a movie like that lmao i loved it :_)
