╰┈➤ I put it here just out of nostalgia, I participated more in communities, especially game walkthroughs. There were some cool games there, I had a lot of fun on BuddyPoke (I've always liked creating avatars, anything where I can customize a doll, I'm in)

• Facebook ➪ ★★☆☆☆

╰┈➤ Initially migrated after the end of Orkut. It was easy to meet friends and meet others again, it was a very "normie" place, I even did group work at college there. Eventually it became horrible and empty of real person content, full of bots and AI shit.

• Twitter/X ➪ ★☆☆☆☆

╰┈➤ It served as the initial function of a miniblog at the beginning. It was already kind of bad before it became "X" and well, you know what it turned into. Full of bots and fakenews

• Tumblr ➪ ★★★☆☆

╰┈➤ It was cool at first, a blog-like, at the same time easy to attach images, gifs and videos. I used it a lot to watch fandon content, mainly gif edits. Then it was infested with a lot of suicidal teenagers (nothing against me at that stage) but what brought the site down the most was the free Por*n in the feed. It was resurfaced years later, without Por*n, but idk, it hasn't been the same since then.

╰┈➤ I liked it when it was just a network to post your indie photos, now it's just a place with a lot of advertising and ostentation.

• Tiktok ➪ ★★☆☆☆

╰┈➤ Migrated after Vine closed. It's a vine that contains more logo videos, almost like YouTube with dubious viral videos. I had to work a lot on the algorithm to show me cool and funny and creative things, like it was on Vine. It got even worse when it became more of a social media than just a short video platform.

╰┈➤ I tried to migrate with the collapse of Tumblr and Twitter, but I couldn't understand the site.

• BlueSky ➪ ★★★☆☆

╰┈➤ Another migration, coming from X, but at that point I was already fed up with social media in general. Eventually my account was abandoned there too.
