  • Use News Feed Eradicator to avoid scrolling through timeline
  • Allot only at least an hour for menial tasks, work under a time crunch
  • Use the 'eat the frog method' to shift priorities
  • Start taking care of myself by taking breaks to rest my eyes
  • Make time for health and hygiene activities
