- Use Strict Workflow on Edge to avoid mindlessly going back to socmed
- Use News Feed Eradicator to avoid scrolling through timeline
- Allot only at least an hour for menial tasks, work under a time crunch
- Use the 'eat the frog method' to shift priorities
- Start taking care of myself by taking breaks to rest my eyes
- Make time for health and hygiene activities
