does tsukishima still even consider betraying tsurumi when he literally just turned down knowing the whereabouts of the only other person that's given him a reason to live? where TF does he stand on this?? is he somewhere in between? stuck in limbo? is igogusa still even alive? why didn't tsukishima take inkarmat's fortune telling offer?? did he just resign himself to fighting in the 7th til death/tsurumi's shit hitting the fan?

is that why he decided to confront koito after koito realizes he's been tsurumi's pawn all this time? also, how does koito plan to escape/defect from the 7th? tsukishima already warned him that he wouldn't hesitate to kill/imprison him in the event that he does.

what about those bones he mentioned tsurumi having? I know those finger bones are from his wife and child back in Russia, but why? why does tsurumi still have them? tsukishima hints at the idea of tsurumi possibly having no actual plan after he gets the gold—and the bones have something to do with it. is he using them for fortune-telling?

kikuda tells ariko that central knows that the sapporo battle is going to do their job for them—getting the gold. is tsurumi keeping kikuta at arm's length because he has a vague idea of someone being onto his ass and sending in a spy?

we've been given no reason to believe tsurumi knows it's the central gov. still, was he ever suspicious about how central has never interfered for the duration of the hunt? the battle in abashiri should've at least been the last straw for the central—seeing as their largest maximum security prison got decimated, with the most wanted convicts in all of the country escaping overnight.

it just feels off that someone like tsurumi'd miss that. or, has he known all along that central would be coming for his ass as soon as he and the 7th made a move for the gold and doesn't really care? could fina and olga's deaths actually have drove him insane + the major head injury he sustained sometime ago? is that why he still carries those bones? the orca spiel tsurumi makes during the henmi arc'd tie into this nicely, prob. he wants to play the role of the loathsome creature in this hunt for as long he can, when in the end he's going to end up one of the orca??

if he is, he and ogata'd have some sort of narrative link. both intentionally killed their blood relatives hoping it would alleviate them of their troubles (ogata finally proving his worldview to be absolute and tsurumi finishing his reconnaissance duties in russia and indirectly killing fina and olga to leave no traces of his presence on enemy soil behind) but ultimately end up screwed (ogata plagued by his guilt over killing hanazawa but not his symbol of innocence and tsurumi realizing the futility of his mission) and end up following their whims during the whole hunt (ogata's last ditch effort to corrupt the symbol of innocence in asirpa that he failed to do to hanazawa and tsurumi possibly just in it to fuck everyone over) and throw a screw into the other parties' plans to steal the gold. wildcards? elements of chaos?? noda best mystery cockblocker jdjdjd respect
