Vom Spagel unteres Drittel Schälen, holzige Enden abtrennen. Stangen in Salzwasser 5 minuten vorkochen, Kalt abschrecken. - Butter schmelzen. Backform einfetten und mit einem blatt filio-teig auslegen. Der Rand sollte etwa 2 cm überstehen. Teig mit etwas butter bestreichen und das nächste Blatte drauflegen.
