sauce:

  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp sugar or liquid sweetener
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • lime juice to taste

directions:

  • fry 2 cups of chopped veggies in a pan with some oil. add half the sauce and let thicken.
  • serve stir fry on rice and greens, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve extra sauce on the side.
