sauce:
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp sugar or liquid sweetener
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- lime juice to taste
directions:
- fry 2 cups of chopped veggies in a pan with some oil. add half the sauce and let thicken.
- serve stir fry on rice and greens, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve extra sauce on the side.
