i've realised that most of my friends are girls and most of the musicians i turn to are female solo artists. so here is a list. i guess it would be cool if i could see them live as well (hence the crossings out:
- Lady Gaga
- Amy Lee / Evanescence
- Rihanna
- Katy Perry
- P!nk
- Ke$ha
- Britney
- Christina Aquilera
- Robyn
- Delta Goodrem
There are also a fee females who I have a lot of time and respect for (continuing, in progress):-
- Lady Gaga, for making people brave, for using her fame to spread uplifiting messages rather than just make money, and for fighting for gay rights
- Sharon Osbourne - after reading her two autobiographies, I admire her strength after everything she has been through, her attitude and approach to life
- Ellen de generous - for being a lovely lovely lesbian, for singing and dancing and making people laugh, and helping LGBT rights
and some who I have less respect for... (love to hate!)
- Katie Price/Jordan - stop using your disaster of a personal life and your kids to make money. No one cares! People say she is a good business woman - for example, her range of books. Ghost written. She tried to be a pop star - mimed her awful single and then gave up as everyone hated her (quite right too).
- Kerry Katona - another failed showbiz personality really. Bankrupt, drugs, lack of career...
- Martine McCutcheon - All she has done is EastEnders, Love Actually and whine on and on about yoghurts...
