• Plugs have to be turned off at night time.
  • My message inbox has to be empty when I sleep.
  • I set 3 alarms. Each one 3 minutes later than the first.
  • My phone volume has to be 3 bars away from full volume.
  • When I finish a drink I hold it to my mouth for 3 seconds just in case there is some left.
  • I have to check that windows are shut.

Routines

  • I'll lock my door. Check it. Unlock it. Check my plugs are off, window shut. Lock my door. Check it.
  • I'll lock my phone. Wait 3 seconds. Unlock it. Check my inbox is empty. Check my alarms are set. Check the volume. Switch between loud & silent three times. Lock it. Repeat this three times, three times, three times. The time also cannot add up to multiples of three. E.G if it was 20:10, I'd have to wait until 20:11 so it doesn't add up to 3.

If I'm interrupted at all during these routines I have to start all over again
