The moments in television and film where I've been amazed by what i've just seen. Been made to feel sick with anxiety, cried and just left speechless.
- 24 - Chapelles Death. I felt sick with anxiety during this whole episode. I thought it was amazing how it was done. I just didn't expect them to carry out the order for his death. My favourite scene from 24 as of yet...
[as a tear runs down his face] "Wait! All right. Let me do this myself. At least give me... the dignity of-of taking m-my own life; that's something you can do."
- LOST - The End. This whole episode was amazing. It just exceeded all my expectations. The moments where they realised they knew each other gave me goosebumps. The way the final shot mirrored the first. Amazing.
"This is a place that you all made together so you could find one another. The most important time of your life was when you were with these people. That's why you are all here. No one does it alone Jack. You needed all of them and they needed you."
- The Road. The moment in the film where 'the man' starts to have good dreams. I realised that he was going to die soon and i was just waiting for it to happen. When 'the boy' wakes up on the beach and realises 'the man' has died it was so upsetting to watch. I will never watch this film again as i do not want to ruin what was an amazing film.
"I told the boy when you dream about bad things happening, it means you're still fighting and you're still alive. It's when you start to dream about good things that you should start to worry."
- Secret Diary of a Call Girl The final episode ever, when Belle realises she's not ready to give up her career just yet, which ultimately ends her relationship with Ben. They were crying, I was crying. Adeles song 'someone like you' was playing over the top of the final scene, made it so much more emotional.
