- 1st: watched all seasons of Bored to Death. stayed home all day.
- 2nd: didn't go to dentist's appointment because of cramps. watched the beaver.
- 3rd: slept till 11.30. saw the hangover part II, the first one was funnier. listened to Christmas music and daydreamed about taking pictures of my family during Christmas break. Painted my nails pink and hung up lights on the wall of my bedroom.
- 4th: slept till 12.00, showered and packed to leave home for college. Wrote down some notes from school that I forgot to do at home.
- 5th: didn't really want to go to english class but went anyway. had lunch with people from my class. didn't do much in radio class. got out early from radio class and went to the library to do the pre-production things (storyboard, storyline, synopsis) for the short film for Comunicação Audiovisual. got home around 7.
- 6th: was worrying about finishing everything for the presentation for Comunicação Audiovisual (presenting the pre-production to the class). had lunch with the girls from my class, had to wait 20 minutes for my lunch to be cooked, ate in a rush because of portuguese class. we were one of the last groups to present the project, but it went well, the teacher didn't find anything wrong with it. got home around 7. on the next day was the sign up for the class options for the second semester, heard there were people going at 7.30 am to get in line, so they could get the subject they wanted, started to worry about. had dinner with the rommies and hung out with them till bed time.
- 7th: got up at 8 am, the rommies left at 7.30 to get in line for the signup. got to school and went to the library to do the portuguese work, all the while worrying about the signup for the options. finished the work and went to check on that, they said that Photography (the option that I wanted) was only for the 2nd and 3rd years so I went with Filmic Culture which was my second option. everyone was freaking out because they didn't get in the option that they wanted because the class was all full. had lunch with the girls from class and went to the História dos Media tutorial session which was at 14.30. got there, a couple of ladies spoke to us about their project and then we saw a movie (Cinema Paraíso). got home at 7. took a shower and studied till bed time.
- 8th: got home at 2pm. watched movies for the rest of the day.
- 9th: went to the dentist, rescheduled the last driving lessons and did homework.
- 10th: woke up with the worst tooth ache ever. spent all afternoon watching the office. learned the "john mayer picking/strumming".
