• Private, either tucked into trees or on large acreage. I don't want to be sandwiched between other houses.
• Dog run with dog door or a large yard.
• Dishwasher and garbage disposal.
• Dedicated laundry area, not in the bathroom or the kitchen. Preferably in a finished basement or a small room.
• Mudroom or decent-sized foyer.
• Attached two-car garage.
• Within 15 minutes of a major grocery store.
• Water softener.
• High ceilings.
• Less than 50 years old.
• At least two toilets. One can be a half-bath.
• Plenty of storage space.
