I just finished the second season of Agent Carter, so while it's fresh in my head, I want to nerd about it. I might come back in time to clean this up, ramble about the first season, etc.

  • In my honest opinion, the first season was better. That isn't at all to say that S2 was bad, or that I didn't enjoy it -- I just thought that the first was more enjoyable, over-all.
  • Agent Thomas continued to be the kind of character that I don't like, but is interesting nevertheless. I'm sure that's his purpose, so they succeeded.
  • One always looks forward to Peggy's next outfit XD XD XD
  • I really enjoyed seeing more of Mr. Jarvis, and I especially liked that we saw . . . what do you want to call it? Further characterization? Layers being unraveled? Whatever.
    • I mean, he's always Mr. Jarvis, it's not like there was a deep dark secret that came undone, but I didn't necessarily think he'd have all that in him. I shouldn't be so surprised.
  • How Peggy seemed to be with her fiancĂ©e and brother (?), and how we know her, are two vastly different people. I wish we'd gotten to see how she came to be who she is.

  • Agent Sousa is kind, and I'm glad that Peggy got with him in the end, but there's really not much at all to him that we ever saw. I wish we'd gotten to see him more fleshed out.
  • As stated earlier, I didn't like Agent Thomas, but I like his character in the sense that he often adds to the plot. I wish we could have learned who it was that killed him, and who it was that wanted dirt on Peggy.
  • And, more than anything, I wish we could have seen the SSR become SHIELD.
