So, I am attempting to eat a "vegan" diet. I put it in quotes because I am transitioning. Meaning, right now, the only thing I am gonna look out for is 100%, super obvious animal products: egg, dairy, meat. "May contain traces" or "possibly processed through" or "could be derived from plant OR animal" is fair game at this point while I stick to the main points. Eventually I'll narrow it down.
