• Stop eating cheese

  • Stop drinking coffee
    • Getting sick really helped with that.
  • Register at clinic
  • Make appointment at clinic
  • Close bank accounts
  • Lose 3 - 5 pounds
    • I lost exactly 3 pounds!
  • Work on flexibility
  • Do more yoga
  • Eat more vegetables
  • Be nicer to my body
  • Stop eating any sort of cracker/chip junk products.
    • Cheetos, chocolate wafers, bbq chips, etc.
    • Minimal ingredient tortilla chips are fine, so are things like Triscuits.
  • Stop eating biscuits
  • Keep food/pain journal more diligently
    • Else it's no help!
  • Go outside more
  • Start meditating
    • Or at least keep some sort of meditation journal
  • Start managing time better
  • Go to bed earlier
  • Wake up before noon
    • Sheesh
  • Cut down on social media time
  • Work on magazine!
