- ✔ Lose 3 - 5 pounds
- ✔ Work on flexibility
- ✔ Do more yoga
- ✔ Eat more vegetables
- ✔ Be nicer to my body
- ✔ Stop eating any sort of cracker/chip junk products.
- Cheetos, chocolate wafers, bbq chips, etc.
- Minimal ingredient tortilla chips are fine, so are things like Triscuits.
- ✔ Stop eating biscuits
- ✔ Keep food/pain journal more diligently
- Go outside more
- Start meditating
- Or at least keep some sort of meditation journal
- Start managing time better
- ✔ Go to bed earlier
- Wake up before noon
- ✔ Cut down on social media time
- Work on magazine!
