• feeling a lot lighter, happier, and hopeful lately. healing is truly linear. i pray i can be strong on days i won't feel like this
• bought tomodachi life: ltd on release day :) so far, i've made 3 miis ♡
• i did something hard today!! i went on a walk while i was in full on panic attack/anxiety mode, and it actually turned out ok? also, i think i like walks now.
