- exploring the creek in the mcdonnell wilds with clare & anna: trying to crack the ice by throwing rocks at it, and looking at the fish swimming in the bottom part of the creek, which hadn't frozen over yet.
- driving along the 15 on my way to the bake shop and getting a bit emotional when the william tell overture came on the radio
- Pizzeria Mia is like a clearner Roman pizza place. A cleaner larger Habemus Pizza. The waiter looks like Pitbull a bit and is very friendly and obliging.
