• Make a list of every thing huge in pop culture that you’ve never watched, read or listened to (like ‘When Harry Met Sally’ and the original Sherlock books) and work your way through them.
  • Get in touch with some people you lost contact with who used to make you happy.
  • Throw out anything that you can’t explain keeping.
  • Write something whether it be fiction, a journal, poetry or prose but make sure it’s on paper.
  • Sort out your digital space such as your files and iTunes library.
  • Go out for the day on your own and forget your earphones, just listen to other people’s interactions.
  • Watch shows from your childhood and dance to their soundtracks (preferably with a drink).
