Cyrus is from the Latin form of Greek Κῦρος (Kyros), possibly meaning "young". The name has sometimes been associated with Greek κύριος (kyrios) meaning "lord".

To me, Cyrus is gold, old books, large libraries, and lions. It feels very grand but also approachable. Cyrus feels like he would be a lover before he was a fighter but that he wouldn't hold back when it came to it.
