Eulalie is derived from the Greek εὔλαλος (eulalos) meaning "sweetly-speaking", from εὖ (eu) meaning "good" and λαλέω (laleo) meaning "to talk".
This was my number one name for many years. The only drawback I can think of is a lack of a suitable nickname.
