- Jan 1st: nothing special. everything was closed. diner breakfast, made brunch plans, don't remember what else.
- Jan 2nd: the most upset I have ever been over something so trite (yet important), lying in bed for a long time not feeling bad, deciding to break up, changing my mind, did I make the right decision? made tortellini, burned eyes on shallots, well I guess this is okay for now.
- Jan 3rd: i know i watched bridalplasty. i think jared came over and i made meat pasta for him. i don't remember. i packed some.
- Jan 4th: woke up too late, wait i think i made meat pasta this day. i am not sure. packed a lot. something i cannot mention. feeling okay.
- Jan 5th: ~*~*21st birthday *~*~ spent riding in a car. starved. unhealthy food day. only drinks consumed were orange cream soda and coffee. the trend continues. moved in. severely disappointed by my fucking closet room (still disappointed, 1/9), upset. did little. slept horribly. missed jared. happy birthday to me.
- Jan 6th: fully realized everyone at AU is... welp. LONG HORRIBLE ORIENTATION WHERE I DID NOT EAT FOR OVER 18 HOURS THANK YOU AU. had my class thing. first campus meal. metro to dupont, walked, discovered frozen yogurt and adams morgan.
- Jan 7th: the worst day, besides 1/2/2011 of this year. absolutely just. bad. started okay. pound coffee for brek, nutella latte. went back to eat at dining hall but was closed. whole foods. was okay. 7-11 dj'd club. sent resumes. got interview for tuesday, at 10.30? 10? fuck. went to american art museum (last good thing?), went and spent fucking $20 on dinner because fuck chinatown. fuck. split a fruit yogurt. depressed. adams morgan. full of regret.
- Jan 8th: absolutely the best goddamn day. brek/lunch at sticky fingers. spending money but getting a lot. bought paper. went back, sent like 5 apps out. fingers crossed. chatted a while, locked room talk achieved. shower. flew to U street. SOM. a lot of free condoms. black cat. odd girl, fled from her. stones for a while. veg chili dog, free fries, weird nachos. skanking strangeness. the most fun all year, alex? david. coke. legs and hands and everything cold and everything is good. sleep.
- Jan 9th: this was probably a bad day. i don't remember, but it probably was. national gallery, not much else. skipped floor meeting, zburger, whole foods.
- Jan 10th: first real class. useless. burritos. being nice to strangers.
- Jan 11th: interview for law, bagel, coffee, a lot of bad things. horrible life.
- Jan 12th: no responses, panic, whatever. no one wants to hire me. OH YEAH BURNED MY MOUTH ON NACHOS TODAY COOL. IMPATIENT FOREVER.
- Jan 13th: class, speakers, whatever, coffee, bagel, 1994!, snowing, a bad PA, met alex, hole in the sky, waited for train and fingers burned off, bought coffee at mcdonalds for NO REASON gave $3 to homeless man cos didn't care, picked up jared, shower, sleep
- Jan 14th: class, burritos, smoothies, museums, shower?, seckz, sitting, sticky fingz, magruder/pullingteeth, yogurt, sleep
- Jan 15th: brunch, smoothies, museums, irritable, pizza$$$$$$$$$, secks, shower, scrabble, sleep
- Jan 16th: zoo, chopt, don't remember what else. miserable first half of sleep.
- Jan 17th: brought jared back, woke up early, whole foods, train, hotel, waiting, crying, went back, etc.
- Jan 18th: first day of internship. train delays, late, etc, door locked, huge project, tour, court, mail etc, class, food, exhausted, ugh.
- Jan 19th: bedbugs two doors down jesus christ. 2nd day of work, courthouse, finished task, sad tunisian man, BROOKLYN BAGEL BAKERY AND CEL RAY AH, phone seminar, etc. STIPEND<3, BEDBUGS FUCK did my laundry for three hours, insider stories, etc, ted and metal talk, talked to roommate 4eva, h8 sororities, h8 au, h8 dc.
- Jan 20th: libs of congress law lib, fuxing exhausted, laurence, pizza slice for lunch at place with beautiful sodas, cheap mocha, bubbles, got lost foreva in LoC, tour, picz, new people, chatted with WI man, ecological economics man on train! home, black metal, dining hall and stupid bus, kylesa tonight.
- Jan 21st-Jan 27th: at some point during this, on a wednesday, was the BIGGEST JOKE DAY OF ALL TIME INCLUDING SEVERAL HOURS SPENT RIDING TRAINS, metro breaking down, fires, power outages, electrical explosions, meeting pop punk kids on buses, and generally the stupidest days imaginable.
- Jan 28th: spend most of time on bus from dc-ny, purchase show, thirst, why did i make rice ramen soup? seep
- Jan 29th: secks, a goddamn long time making apple pancakes, taco potatoes, idk wtf else, oh yeah xtine for a while, came back, made food, hung out, etc, seckszz, seep
- Jan 30th: guh. woke up so late, seckz, breakfast omelets, bus home :(
- Jan 31st: class, speaker, coffee, croissant, chat sesh, class, typed long messages to elise and became enraged/empowered, sat around, ate some food, more sitting, dinner, felt nauseous, napped, UGDDFG apt problems, yeah.
