    • wake up early
    • head to bed early
    • rub ice on your eyes before going yo bed and after waking up
    • reduce screen time
    • try to do trataka practice
    • do basic i exercise to reduce stress and dark circles
    • splash eyes with cold water
    • if you can, watch the sunrise/ sunset
  • lips:
    • stay hydrated
    • scrub when your lips feel too dry
    • apply coconut oil on your lips at night
    • keep them moisturised
  • hair:
    • brush your hair before stepping into the shower
    • shampoo once a week
    • apply coconut oil on your hair roots and hair length
    • apply egg-banana mask on your hair twice a week
    • consume adequate amount of flax seed
  • jawline:
    • massage your jawline in the upward direction with your preferred oil
