- eyes:
- wake up early
- head to bed early
- rub ice on your eyes before going yo bed and after waking up
- reduce screen time
- try to do trataka practice
- do basic i exercise to reduce stress and dark circles
- splash eyes with cold water
- if you can, watch the sunrise/ sunset
- lips:
- stay hydrated
- scrub when your lips feel too dry
- apply coconut oil on your lips at night
- keep them moisturised
- hair:
- brush your hair before stepping into the shower
- shampoo once a week
- apply coconut oil on your hair roots and hair length
- apply egg-banana mask on your hair twice a week
- consume adequate amount of flax seed
- jawline:
- massage your jawline in the upward direction with your preferred oil
