  • pack lunches with flavor and breadth, like this chickpea salad with olives and lemon juice.
  • and it never hurts to bring healthy snacks to class, either.
  • never ever ever skip breakfast!
  • eat food slowly with as few distractions as possible
  • engage in the consumption process (growing and harvesting, etc. when possible)
  • consider it's source
  • remember that everything is good in moderation, even moderation. cheat somtimes! treat yourself.
