I like my smoothies thick, so they are about 80% fruit & 20% water, juice or non-dairy milk/greek yogurt. I abhore the idea of protein powder and lack a blender with the strength to chop greens to the desireable texture for a smoothie. With that in mind, a list of combinations I've enjoyed so far:
- pomegranate, honey dew, vanilla soy
- strawberry, organge juice, vanilla frozen yogurt
- banana, blueberry, peanut butter, almond milk
- banana, peanut butter, chocolate frozen yogurt & cinnamon
- strawberry, banana, honey, ice water
- strawberry, banana, vanilla yogurt
- mango, banana, strawberry, ice water
- avocado, mango, almond milk
