- february 24th-29th; i went on a school trip to london and i shared a room with my friends + 2 girls i got to know better and be friends with. it was overall an excellent experience and i had so much fun. i had already been in london in 2015 with my family but this was a completely different travel.
- june 22nd; today i've tried ramen, gyoza, salmon nigiri sushi, yakisoba and udon for the first time. i'm so glad i did because it was delicious and now i've new favorite food.
- july 7th-10th; well this time has arrived, the scariest week that my teachers have warned me about for 2 years. this is my ebau exams week, the exams i have to take in order to get my score to get into university. needless to say the pressure and stress levels were sky high. overall, and i absolutely didn't expect it, this has been a pretty good experience. yes i was very anxious about some exams (ehem math and history) but i don't know how i managed to be optimistic (which i never am) throughout the days. i'm forever grateful for the mindset and clear motivations i established in order to not go full on crazy and have anxiety every 2 seconds. also, us 02 liners had the weirdest ebau experience and no one will ever be able to say otherwise; thank god i didn't have to take the exams with my mask on cause i was already sweaty enough
- july 18th-19th; i'm emotional. this was the first weekend i got to visit my grandparents and my favorite cousin after being separated due to different region restrictions thanks to covid. i hadn't seen them since late february and i really really missed them. sadly my cousin had to work all day for her summer job so i only got to be her for a few hours which i was very sad about, but at least it was something.
- july 23th; OMG WHAT AN AWESOME DAY. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S BEEN 10 YEARS OF ONE DIRECTION!!! i've been a fan since middle school and this whole day of twitter constantly talking about 1d was wholesome. BUT even more outstanding event...TAYLOR SWIFT ANOUNCING “a whole new album out of nowhere without no previous promo” FOLKLORE; an INDIE album.. so switching genres again, what a queen!!
- july 24th; FOLKLORE + CARDIGAN MV RELEASE DAY!!! ugh i woke up at 8am just to listen to folklore and that ended up on me listening to the album on repeat for 3 days straight. literally what an amazing album, i already liked her doing country, pop and now indie/folk songs what a blessing. my top five: betty, august, exile, the last great american dynasty, illicit affairs.
- august 12th-19th; i went on a summer roadtrip with my family through different cities in euskadi and then spent a few days in southern france. it was pretty cold for august but i had a great time despite the social distancing. i enjoyed euskadi far more than france cause i can't stand the french, they annoy the hell out of me.
- september 28th; so i finally started uni this year and even tho i didn't get into my dream university i got into my dream career, nursing, and that for me is far more exciting. i also made a few friends!! what? i cannot even believe my social anxiety allowed me to meet new people. i only went to campus for 1 week but i enjoyed it anyways.
- october 29th; me? someone who didn't like kpop at all has started stanning bts and lemme tell you it's been one of the best if not the best decision i've made in my life. these cuties bring me so much happiness and peace of mind that i haven't had in years. i'm rarely sad anymore but if i am i just watch some bts funny/soft moments video on youtube and voilà no more sadness!
- november 25th; okay this is absolutely INSANE, taylor just released folklore: the long pond studio sessions, a fucking concert/documentary about the process of creating folklore and she gave us a whole ass concert of all tracks!!! i love her but can she like calm down?
- december 6th; JIMIN AND JUNGKOOK ARE BEYOND TALENTED AND INSANE! what they just did at the 2020 MMA is so ethereal and beautiful. istg black swan jikook are my comfort performance. they are so fucking gorgeous, talented and just perfect.
- december 11th; CAN YOU BELIEVE TAYLOR SWIFT RELEASED A 2ND SURPRISE ALBUM THIS YEAR??? YEAH ME NEITHER. istg she has gone completely insane. i'm writing this a week later and i still cannot believe my eyes. EVERMORE is folklore's sister album and she's amazing!! i still think folklore is my favourite ts album but this one comes close. at this moment my top 5 songs are: gold rush, dorothea, champagne problems, willow and long story short. ALSO let's talk about the storyline masterpiece that is no body no crime cause i'm speechless, she fucking wrote a song about killing a man and getting away with it and i love her for that.
