My imaginary bar is Inkwell. It'd be a great late night date spot and have the following:

• Ink welldrinks
• Blue Scholars 'Inkwell' played to end happy hour
• Garage doors that let the sunlight pour in and open to sidewalk seating
• Victorian era smut on the restroom walls
• Little plate food including squid ink pasta and cremini sliders with sweet potato fries
• An old brass cash register, or one like Port Gamble General Store's
• Artwork vending machine selling locals' art
• Calligraphy on barstools
• Feathers on pens to look like quills
• Staff preferably quite tall, myopic, well conditioned hair, and have great taste in music
• Collection of inkwells
• House brew with Rorschach ink blot test label
• Victrola
• I am in charge of music, because I say so
• Exposed brick walls
• All west coast brews, mostly within the county
• Entice vendors to have a farmers market next door on weekends
• Push local distilleries
