• go to the gym 4 to 5 days a week (all year long, no excuses)
  • stick to a high protein and high calories diet
  • drink 2l of water everyday (set alarms to remember)
  • start a meditation routine (try to do it without youtube)
  • sleep by 11 pm and wake up by 7 am (no screen after 10 pm)
  • budget all my expenses → avoid impulse buying
