pretty pretty girls are the ones who are motivated

goal: change what i don't like about me now, in all areas of my life. maybe find who i am again. deadline: my birthday (104 days from now).

——  body

  • walk 7 to 10.000 steps a day
  • workout gym 5 to 6 times a week
  • drink 2.5l to 3l of water daily
  • hair:
      • trim my ends
      • dye it brown again
      • cut my bangs again
      • use a hair mask once a week
  • skin:
      • no more skipping skincare before bed (do it earlier)
      • start using retinol
      • start consistent skincare routine for my body
  • aesthetics:
      • short term: (𝟏) build a capsule wardrobe w/ clothes for every ocasion. (𝟐) fix my posture. (𝟑) do my nails every saturday or sunday.
      • mid term: (𝟏) fix my teeth. (𝟐) get ultraformer or sculptra.

  • go to bed by 11:30 pm (sleep by midnight)
  • regain my love for reading
      • ways to achieve this: start small with an easy read and 20 pages a day until i start to read more out of habit.
  • regain my love for cinema
      • ways to achieve this: save two days a week to watch at least one film of my watchlist until there's no one left.
  • limit my social media and scrolling time to 3 hours a day.
      • ways to achieve this: deleting apps, install app blockers, replace mindless scrolling w/ something else (e.g.: meditation, walking).

——  challenges

  • no cheat days
      • a cheat meal? ok. but a whole cheat day? no.
      • always do at least one thing that get me closer to my goals, even if it's something very small. focus on consistency instead of perfection.
  • study at least three hours daily for cnu
  • study french for one hour daily
  • have one no social media day every week
  • practice conversations; learn how to speak slower and without sttureing (basically be less socially awkward)

  • 09 am: wake up
  • 11 am: study
  • 01 pm: lunch
  • 02 pm: gym
  • 05 pm: study
  • 09 pm: dinner
  • 10 pm: unwind // bedtime routine
